I love windy, wintery walks on the beach. I love swimming in the ocean. I love the feeling of sunshine on my skin and my toes in the sand. I am a coffee convert after moving to Melbourne from the Channel Islands 5 years ago. I love reading a book with a cup of tea and fluffy socks. I fell in love with yoga when working as a fashion buyer. I love that yoga taught me to trust myself and live more authentically. I study Psychology and am fascinated by the mind-body connection. I love the space that yoga creates in my mind and body. 

Victoria’s classes are nurturing and intentional. Her classes are crafted to foster deep listening to your body. Invitational guidance allows you to choose a strong or soothing practice – to meet yourself on your mat. Victoria believes yoga is one of our greatest tools in uniting our minds and bodies. She intentionally threads, breath, meditation, philosophy and psychology into her asana classes.
