Yoga Nidra, also known as “”yogic sleep”, is a systematic method of inducing deep relaxation and cultivating awareness, where stillness and peace can feel effortless. This practice is deeply restorative, known to ease stress, calm anxiety, support better sleep, and leave you with a lighter, clearer state of mind. In this workshop, we’ll begin with a gentle grounding Yin practice before you’re guided into a Yoga Nidra, supported by nourishing hands-on adjustments and the healing touch of Reiki.
From this workshop, you’ll learn how to soften stress and quieten a busy mind, have a renewed sense of clarity, peace and inner balance, and you’ll have a deeper connection the magic of Yoga Nidra that you can return to anytime.
Bring along cosy layers, an eye pillow or scarf, and a cushion for extra comfort – then simply let yourself relax! ✨
