Katie

Katie was first introduced to yoga in the USA. With an insight to how powerful the practice could be and how it helps on a deeper level, Katie embarked on her YTT advanced Diploma level here in Melbourne in 2016.

With over 8 years of teaching experience learning different disciplines and being lucky enough to learn from the likes of Tiffany Cruikshank and Leonie Lockwood, Katie has also explored various anatomy trainings from US teachers David Keel and Jenni Rawlings. She has thousands of hours behind her trained in Hatha, Yin and Power Vinyasa as well as facilitated teacher trainings at Move Yoga, Byron Yoga centre and for the ALG.

As a passionate and dedicated teacher who has a keen interest in the human body and anatomy, Katie approaches her teachings from an anatomical focus, exploring functional movement, mobility and breath work practices. Katie will be leading the Anatomy components of our 200 hour teacher training.
