WHAT IS HIMALAYAN BREATHWORK AND KRIYAS?

Kriyas are practices or actions that allow the body to experience levels of energy that can shift and deepen our ability to access harmony, deeper wisdom and states of stillness.

Each kriya has a specific technique allowing the yogi to achieve specific state of evolution and expansion of self.

This course draws from rich Himalayan and Tantric traditions, guiding us to boost our health, deepen our personal yoga practice, and expand what we bring to our students as yoga teachers.
