I have a natural love for movement! Previously a contemporary dancer and choreographer, I love music and connecting with people. For me, yoga is a moving meditation. It’s a way of connecting to self, to others and all that surrounds us. I love to sequence flows and hold space for others. My ultimate happy place is the beach and I appreciate good and nourishing food. In addition to yoga, I teach Mat Pilates and Barre classes.

Isabelle’s classes are like a smooth dance. They are strong and uplifting, with a focus on letting your breath inspire your movement and calm your mind.
