Danny is a certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) instructor with five years of teaching experience. Transitioning from a background in construction, Danny has pursued his passion for human health and function. He aims to integrate the principles of Exercise Science with the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga, offering a modern perspective on the eight limbs of yoga. Currently, Danny is advancing his studies in Exercise Science, working towards becoming a qualified Physiotherapist. Danny believes that everyone can achieve athleticism at home, with yoga serving as a foundational pillar.
His classes focus on strength, mobility and mindfulness, emphasising the practical application of posture and meditation in daily life.
