The health and wellbeing of our community is our priority and we want to assure you that we have heightened our cleaning routines at all of the studios to make sure they remain clean, fresh and welcoming for all of you.
We will continue to monitor how best to stay safe and well, and will update these measures accordingly. Please review our below protocols and adhere to these when joining us in the studios.
Light Space Yoga Safe Studio Standards
Class Sizes: In line with the current Victorian Government restrictions, each studio has a density quotient of 1 person per 2sqm.
Masks: Please wear your masks in all common areas. Your mask can be removed once on your mat for practice.
QR Code: Please sign in with our QR code upon arrival.
Social Distancing Markers: Please observe social distancing markers in the studios.
Cleaning: We will continue to be extra diligent with cleaning the studio and disinfecting surfaces and handles.
Hand Sanitiser: We ask that you please use the hand sanitiser when you arrive at the studio and before you leave the studio.
Mats: We encourage you to continue to bring your own mat, but if you don’t have your own and would like to use one of our mats please wipe it with disinfectant after class.
Bolsters: Our bolsters are now available to use if you don’t have your own. If you would like to use one of our bolsters you mustbring a large towel to cover the bolster for yin classes and meditation classes. You are welcome to continue to bring your own props though such as a cushion, bolster, a blanket, or a wrap.
Cups: Please bring your own water bottle.
Adjustments / Assists: For now, there will be no adjustments by the teachers in class.
Contactless Payment: Where possible, please pay online or by card.
Covid-19 Training: Our team have undertaken Department of Health COVID-19 infection control training.
Feeling Unwell: If you feel sick or unwell (including if you have a fever, cough or flu-like symptoms), please stay home and perhaps join one of our Online Classes. Please rest up, look after yourself and please stay out of the studios when you’re not feeling well.
