Three studios. One beautiful community.

Created by mother-daughter team, Susan and Clare, Light Space Yoga is inspired by a fresh and contemporary approach to yoga. Each of our studios, in Balwyn, Mitcham and Ivanhoe, have been designed to feel like a little sanctuary to find calm, peace and quiet from the outside world. Over 120 classes every week

We offer Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Basics and Yin yoga, as well as Prenatal, Mums & Bubs, and Kids Yoga classes.

Our yoga classes are perfect for both beginner and advanced students, and offer a balance for the physical and mental stresses of our modern day lives. Our friendly teachers will guide you through your practice and offer modifications and variations for all levels of experience.
