The comments we hear the often from newly qualified yoga teachers is ‘I want to teach but I feel like a need more experience or guidance’ or ‘teaching yoga is harder than I expected!’

If you’re feeling a lack in confidence or are wanted to develop more wisdom and time on the mat teaching in a safe and comfortable environment, then our new yoga teacher mentoring course, accredited by Yoga Alliance International Registry, and led by Susan and Mimi could be the next step for you.

This course is designed to sharpen your teaching skills, boost your confidence, and give you valuable face-to-face experience. You’ll gain the self-assurance to hold space for your students while deepening your own practice. This practical program is tailored to support qualified yoga teachers, inspiring you to get out there and do what you love!

SO, WHY EMBARK ON A MENTORING COURSE?

There are many reasons why embarking on a mentoring course can be transformative. Some of the reasons we, at Light Space, are approached by trained yoga teachers is because they:

  • Have suffered burnout and need some motivation, support and encouragement;
  • Need help with understanding some of the fundamental elements of yoga asana, sequencing, holding space and creating themes in yoga classes;
  • Don’t know where or how to start marketing themselves or securing an in-studio teaching position;
  • Want to open a yoga studio and need some advice and direction on how to do this.
