In this immersive Practice, Pause & Reflect Workshop, we will journey through a range of yoga practices, including asana (poses and movement), pranayama (breath), chi (energy) movements, meditation, and yoga nidra (rest), to give ourselves the opportunity to move, energise, slow down, go inward, and rest. This workshop will be an afternoon of self-exploration through yoga practices and Svādhyāya, the practice of self-inquiry.
Throughout the workshop, Bobby will guide you through each practice, offering to help you deepen your practice and connect with your inner self. There will be time after each set of practices to pause, reflect, and journal.
Our intention is to create a clear and committed space for self-care and self-inquiry, both on and off the yoga mat.
You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and equipped with tools to continue your self-exploration at home in your personal world beyond the workshop. This workshop is designed for all levels of yoga experience. Bring along a pen, journal, water, and an open heart and mind.

This workshop will introduce you to new movement practices including guided dance and fun improvisations. Combining the principles of yoga and dance, this session will encourage you to move in a variety of ways, with a particular emphasis on how imagination can influence one’s experience of movement. Exploring different types of rhythms, you will be gently led through movement combinations and a simple dance phrase to gain a deeper understanding of the body, momentum and use of weight.
This workshop has been inspired by Isabelle and Ben’s experience as professional contemporary dancers. You’ll leave this workshop feeling lighter, more energised and perhaps with a few new friends!
Feel free to wear loose clothing and bring along an open mind. No previous dance experience required.
