As a friendly reminder, we have set out our suspension policy below. We would really appreciate if you could please read this policy carefully and only submit a suspension request that is consistent with this policy.
1. Only memberships on fortnightly or monthly direct debit arrangements may be suspended. Any other class passes may not be suspended, including any upfront memberships for 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or any other period.
2. Suspension requests must be submitted using this online form at least 3 days before the suspension start date. Each suspension must be for a period of 14 days or more. The maximum suspension period in any 12 month period is 12 weeks (or 84 days).
4. Unfortunately, students may not suspend their membership if they have a negative account balance at the time of requesting the suspension or at the time that a suspension is scheduled to commence. Please check your account balance
