I love to move; yoga, running, pilates, boxing, kayaking,,, yin recharges me. My friends and family make me smile. Willow, my fur-baby, brings me endless joy and out runs me every time. Sunshine makes everything better. I love teaching Bakasana, aka crow pose (… and toe stretch!). Seeing students fly for the first time always makes my day. I eat way too much chocolate… and ice cream. Food always tastes better when I have grown it myself. I enjoy baking, but dislike cooking. I love the beach. Music sounds better on vinyl.
