As a Yoga Instructor my intention is to create a safe and inclusive space for all. By shifting from the traditional “asana centred” practice to a more “body centred” practice, it allows the shape to find you, rather than the other way around.  This simple change creates a Yoga Flow that alleviates any pressure of performing the pose “correctly”. I’m also passionate about helping students become conscious of their breath, and to surrender any judgements and expectations.  This supports students in being centred and fully present as they flow within their practice. And most of all, have fun and in joy!
