KATIE – ULTRA MARATHON RUNNER & ANATOMY NERD YOGI
I love going for a run on the beach and exploring new trails. I love sipping chai and eating croissants in my local neighbourhood watching the world go by. I love anything fitness and being with nature. My guilty pleasure is cheese and wine. I used to work at an animal shelter and adore cats. I have 3 at home that I bought to Australia from New York when my husband and I moved here. I love to travel and experience different cultures and cuisines. I love food. The sound the rain makes against the window, the sun on my face, my favourite season is Summer. Yoga has become a huge part of my life for about 10 years, I am grateful for everything yoga has provided and sharing this passion to others through teaching and lecturing is truly what drives me. I am also a yoga trainer as well as teacher.
Katie’s classes are strong, creative and challenging but always fun. She teaches from an anatomical focus and her goal is to lead her students to move, breathe and feel connected to their bodies like a moving meditation whilst finding their own rhythm.
