I love going for a run on the beach and exploring new trails. I love sipping chai and eating croissants in my local neighbourhood watching the world go by. I love anything fitness and being with nature. My guilty pleasure is cheese and wine. I used to work at an animal shelter and adore cats. I have 3 at home that I bought to Australia from New York when my husband and I moved here. I love to travel and experience different cultures and cuisines. I love food. The sound the rain makes against the window, the sun on my face, my favourite season is Summer. Yoga has become a huge part of my life for about 10 years, I am grateful for everything yoga has provided and sharing this passion to others through teaching and lecturing is truly what drives me. I am also a yoga trainer as well as teacher.
With an interest in the human body Katie teaches from an anatomical focus exploring functional movement and mobility. Her classes build on your own individual strength and functional mobility with fun vibes and creative sequencing to keep you deeply connected and present.
