i am happiest and calmest when by the ocean. music brings me joy and is constantly playing in my house. some of my favourite things in life are long baths, nice champagne and soft cheese…preferably all together. my family, friends and dog mean the world to me. i’m a chronic tinkerer with a bit of a green thumb and a house full of plants. i try to acknowledge little moments of beauty and happiness in the everyday. my goal at the moment is to find more stillness in my life. yoga is definitely helping with that.
Frances’ classes are flowing, energetic and playful, often inspired by many years of dance as a child. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everybody and her goal is for students to leave her classes with a more energised body and a calmer mind.
