Our unique 6-week prenatal yoga course will provide a beautiful, safe and effective practice, and will relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body during one of the most exciting times of your life. You’ll explore breathing exercises and meditation to help prepare you for a confident, calm birth and the journey into motherhood.
The course runs for 6 weeks, but you may join the course at any time or attend individual classes casually.
|This course will include…|
|Standing poses & guidelines for a safe practice. This is a wonderful class that addresses the fundamentals of prenatal yoga, including breathing exercises.|
|Lateral Stretching & partner poses. You will find relief and space in your body as we work through some soothing sequences that focus on releasing tension.|
|Pregnancy sun salutations with flowing breath-work. We will work through poses to release tight legs, hips and glutes and ease aches and pains.|
|Forward bends & gentle twists, visualisation & pranayama. We will work through guided meditations to connect with your baby, and to assist in your labour.|
|Poses to stabilise the sacroiliac & pelvic joint. We will address fatigue, morning sickness, aching back, and sequences to revitalise your body and mind.|
|Working with props & restorative postures. As your pregnancy progresses, your body is likely to crave poses that nurture, recharge and restore both body and mind.|

Cost: $130 for 6 weeks or $25 per casual session (20% discount for members)^
