As a friendly reminder, we have set out our freeze policy below. We would really appreciate if you could please read this policy carefully and only submit a request to freeze your unlimited membership that is consistent with this policy.
1. Only memberships on fortnightly or monthly direct debit arrangements may submit a freeze request. Any other class passes may not be put on freeze, including any upfront memberships for 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or any other period.
2. Freeze requests must be submitted using this online form at least 3 days before the freeze start date. Each freeze must be for a period of 14 days or more. The maximum freeze period in any 12 month period is 12 weeks (or 84 days).
4. Unfortunately, students may not freeze their membership if they have a negative account balance at the time of requesting the freeze or at the time that a freeze is scheduled to commence.
