The workshop will explore a few ancient pranayama techniques (breathing) that could be used as a daily morning practice. Asana (yoga poses) is what we see mostly these days. We will practice a few different styles in order to see how they feel in your individual body.
Yoga is not complete without meditation and internal concentration. Bobby believes that meditation should not be as hard as we can sometimes label it in this modern day.
This workshop has been designed for yogis that are new to the practice and also for those who would like to deepen their practice and knowledge about this ancient tradition.
Bobby believes that those on the path of yoga are continuous students and seekers of a more nourishing life with the desire to evolve.
