born in melbourne, i grew up at the beach. i have lived and worked all over oz. from driving trucks in Kalgoorlie to prawn trawling in the Northern Territory to myotherapy. teaching yoga is so much more than work, it’s home. for me yoga isn’t an activity, it’s a way of life. sharing this is my joy. i wish I had a pet pig. i love cuddles in bed with my dog in the morning, and i love how he is always happy when i come home. kindness is precious. summer is the BEST! my wife is my longest and bestest friend. watching team sports doesn’t interest me unless my son is playing. feeding my family and friends tasty vegan treats makes me happy. holidays in warm places + deck chairs by the pool = heaven. yoga asana is a daily event, if i don’t practice something feels missing.
